Sometimes, I swear..I just hate school. At times it can be fun. ((notice AT TIMES and not ALL THE TIME))
Anyway,
My reading teacher said she couldn’t believe I could have read this book ((It was like 200 something pages an d it has big print)) in the time I had. Andwell, I got mad. I mean..I’ve hadso many teachers that have either questioned my ability to read, OR, they just totaly go out push me harder then I can go. And after a while, it gets tiring. <_-. I understand it's kind of hard to see a 7th grader reading thick books in one day in like...an hour. ((all together it took me maybe an hour. xP)). And you know I don't brag about my reading abilities. I honestly don't. Yea, I can read well. Do I care really? No. Reading for me is fun. I do not do it for any other reason. I never will. Yes I know I will have to do AR points. But at the same time, I'm not gonna read like a..say...14 point book, read it, take the test, get the 14 points, and not enjoy the book. I WON'T do that.
But anyway,
I just get ticked off at times like this, I mean, it’s not exactly easy to be a good reader. It’s a gift and a curse. I mean..I have people coming up to me and saying “HOW MANY POINT DO YOU HAVE?!” omfg, SHUT UP. I HATE being pressured. I will crack under it. I honestly will. x(. I don’t mind you know “Hey Sara, did you get any points today?” in a nice way. I just don’t like people coming up and shouting : “OH M GOD YOU READ ALOT. LIKE HOW MANY POINTS DO J00 HAVE? REALLY? WOW…” it.annoys.the.shit.out.of.me.
I’m not asking anyone not to be suprised. I mean alot of people are. EMMA still get suprised and she’s been my friend for like 2 years. I’ve been reading sincelike..preschool. I once read the second Harry Potter book like..in an hourwhen I was 6 or 7. And yes, I have gotten in trouble for reading when I’m not supposed to. ((Second grade…xP someone tattled on me..))
Anyway,
in Math I’m doing pretty good. I’ve been getting 5/5 an I think I got a 4/5 once. Anndd today I got a 3/5…but it was for small stuff..bleh..and dividing. and I suck at dividing. but I DID try so bleh!
Anyways, I’m out.
